Delete your account
You can delete your Tank Tyrant account and its data at any time. Tank Tyrant is made by Simon's Game Studio (SGS).
In the game (fastest)
- Open Settings → Privacy.
- Choose Delete account and type your pilot name to confirm.
- Your account is deleted 7 days later. Until then you can cancel it on the same screen.
Without the game
E-mail [email protected] with the subject Delete my Tank Tyrant account. Include your pilot name and, if you can, your Player ID (shown at the top of the Friends panel in the game). We check that the account is yours, may ask a question to confirm it, and delete it within 30 days.
What is deleted
Your account and progress, friends, blocked players, private messages, shared replays, reports made by you or about you, feedback, your wallet and the cheat log linked to your account.
What stays: the record of Tyrium you bought or won, without your name, because we need it for refunds and our accounts. Database backups are kept for at most 30 days, so deleted data disappears from them within 30 days.
